Our Story
Toro Blanco Group was founded with a simple observation: the conflict between municipalities and carriers over small cell aesthetics was unnecessary. Both sides wanted successful deployments—they just had different definitions of success.
Communities wanted infrastructure that respected their character. Carriers wanted infrastructure that actually worked and could be deployed quickly. We realized that with the right approach to design and engineering, both goals were achievable.
Today, we work with municipalities to develop design standards that protect community character, and with carriers to deploy infrastructure that meets those standards while delivering the coverage their networks need.
